Your tickets will be delivered 72 hours before the event by email in QR Code format. They will be sent in a batch after verification to guarantee their uniqueness and your assigned seat.
Use the same email address you used for your order to retrieve your tickets without any hassle.
For security reasons, we send a transfer code 72 hours before the event. It is not sent immediately after purchase. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).
Present the QR code and your seat number at the checkpoints to access your seat.

Tickets are sent 72 hours before your session, by email, in QR code format. All you have to do is import them into the official Roland-Garros app.

Tickets for dated events are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (Art. L221-28). In the event of official cancellation by the organizer, your order will be refunded in full.
