    Quand vais-je recevoir mes billets ?

    Tickets are sent 72 hours before your session, by email, in QR code format. All you have to do is import them into the official Roland-Garros app.

    Are the seats next to each other if I purchase multiple tickets?

    Yes. All seats in the same order are assigned side by side in the selected category.

    Are the tickets official and authentic?

    Yes. We operate in advance sales for 2026 with a secure flow and duplicate control. QR codes are unique, traceable, and valid at the entrance.

    Can I exchange or cancel?

    Tickets for scheduled events are non-exchangeable and non-refundable (Art. L221-28). In the event of an official cancellation by the organizer, your order will be refunded in full.

     

    Use the same email address you used for your order to retrieve your tickets without any hassle.

    For security reasons, we send a transfer code 72 hours before the event. It is not sent immediately after purchase. Please check your inbox (and spam folder).

    Present the QR code and your seat number at the checkpoints to access your seat.
